The ductility properties of a bituminous material can be reported as one of its key characteristic. Therefore, it is important to perform related tests.
In order to measure the ductility properties of a bituminous material, its two ends are stretched at a specific temperature and speed until the time of rupture. Generally, this test should be done at 25 ℃ and 5 cm/min (except in special cases).
